Abstract

In this article, drug addiction, its negative consequences, strong legal bases developed in our country to fight against drug addiction are covered in detail. Liability for the illegal introduction of powerful or toxic substances into circulation is established in the Criminal Code, and the description of the crime in the criminal law has been used as its definition.
