Abstract

This article examines the intersection of youth public policy with spiritual development and cultural development. Analyzes existing literature to identify gaps in existing approaches and suggests ways to incorporate spiritual and cultural dimensions into policy frameworks. The research uses a mixed-methods approach combining literature review and qualitative analysis of case studies. The findings highlight the importance of holistic development in youth education and provide policymakers with recommendations to strengthen their initiatives.
