About the Journal

The American Journal of Science on Integration and Human Development ( 2993-2750) welcomes research articles, both conceptual and empirical, case studies, practitioner perspectives, and book reviews. We are committed emphatically to respecting scholarly discourses, which are based on a variety of ontological, epistemological, and methodological tranditions and paradigms of social research. A distinct feature of this journal is its creation of a dedicated space for Academia-Industry Forum where faculty members can conduct joint research with Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), managers, and employees of various business functions of public and private sector organizations for unearthening ground and less known realities of related managerial and organizational practices. Notably, this Academia-Industry Forum may not require authors to concentrate on theoretical perspectives on chosen areas of interest in preparing their manuscripts for submission. Optimistically, this is a proactive step towards forging mutually beneficial collaboration and cooperation between the university and the industry.
