The Views of Imami Scholars on the Principle of Istishab

The scholars differed in their inference on the subject of companionship greatly, which is tangible to those who studied the science of origins, and the fundamentalist and news schools differed accordingly, each making his contribution, trying to show that his opinion is the closest to health, and therefore the dependent in inference. This topic, and as a result of this difference, in terms of the splendor of their inference, and the rebuttal of the evidence of the interview, including the goodness of their ulcer, of ideas and problems, gave the research its scientific value, and the reader of this research on its simplicity will realize this, and after surveying the evidence of a group of scholars of the highest doctrine of God, so that I can know their opinions and undermine each other's views, they will find out what are the opinions mentioned in it, and the reason for their differences in research, and what their evidence on it will be a useful idea about this important topic, which is included in most jurisprudential and other inferences, and thus benefit in thinking about the evidence of Sharia and other.Downloads
