Abstract

This academic paper examines the principle of legal certainty in the civil procedure of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with a particular focus on the mechanism for upholding this principle. The study substantiates the need to improve the mechanisms for ensuring legal certainty and proposes corresponding recommendations.
