Abstract

This article highlights the development of bilateral cooperation between the two states, emphasizing the role of high-level official meetings and state visits conducted by the heads of state in shaping these relations. Based on historical evidence, it examines the progress achieved across all spheres of interaction between Uzbekistan and Turkey. Furthermore, the study reveals, with new supporting facts, that the relations between the two countries have now advanced to the stage of a “Strategic Partnership.”
