Abstract

The article examines the development and institutionalization of legal clinics as an effective mechanism for ensuring legal protection of young people belonging to socially vulnerable and at-risk groups. It analyzes the concept of “youth at social risk,” identifies its main categories, and highlights key socio-economic and legal factors contributing to vulnerability and exclusion. Particular attention is paid to the need for a systematic approach to identifying at-risk youth through coordinated interaction among state authorities, educational institutions, local self-government bodies, and civil society organizations.
