Abstract

This article scientifically analyzes the effectiveness of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in construction projects, its advantages in project management, and its role in reducing risks. The study highlights BIM technology’s capabilities in optimizing time and costs, improving information exchange among project participants, reducing errors, and increasing construction quality. Furthermore, the economic efficiency of BIM and its importance in risk management are examined based on international experience.
