This is particularly problematic for subjects like history, which demand sustained engagement with reading materials. The shift away from deep focus poses challenges for students and educators alike, especially in fostering critical thinking and comprehension skills. This paper aims to discuss the possibility to use the concept of gamification in the educational system of Uzbekistan with reference to the mentioned difficulties. Point systems associated with ‘bribes’, badges and leaders or ‘trophy’ systems have been used in the past because they promote interest and healthy competition among students. However, besides using the above benefits which show that the program changes engagement and motivates students, it also brings about some issues especially among those who do not like competition or have low performance. This paper shows how game based approach enhances concentration and fun in learning while at the same time ensuring that the methods are not overused to a level of stressing students who learn at a slower pace, by also incorporating traditional teaching methods for learning. The studies indicate that, if correctly utilised, gamification increases motivation and the learning achievements in addition to emphasising the cooperative component. This research is useful as it develops an approach to using gamification in the cultural and educational context of Uzbekistan and supports the use of both big and small applications based on a variety of students’ needs.
2025-01-06T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 https://grnjournal.us/index.php/STEM/article/view/6517Basic Structural Features of Dynamic and Static Structures2025-01-06T04:19:11-05:00Daminova Mashhura Zafar qiziauthor@gmail.co
This article examines the types of adjunct constructions, in particular dynamic and static adjunct constructions. As a position paper, it relies on secondary data collected from print and online publications. The paper argues that adequate funding is critical to the effective implementation and sustainability of the student loan programme in Nigerian tertiary institutions. It emphasizes that a well-funded programme would ensure the achievement of its objectives, including equitable access to education for students from low-income backgrounds, efficient loan disbursement processes, and improved administrative capacities. Furthermore, adequate funding would facilitate the recruitment of qualified staff, effective training for loan administrators, and the acquisition of necessary technological tools to enhance service delivery. The discussion highlights that without sufficient financial backing, the programme risks encountering operational bottlenecks, such as delays in loan disbursements, poor loan recovery rates, and diminished trust in its long-term viability. By examining global best practices, the paper underscores that creating special funding sources, such as education bonds or partnerships with financial institutions, could significantly strengthen the programme’s foundation. Additionally, fostering accountability and transparency in fund allocation and utilization is identified as a critical factor for success. The paper concludes that funding plays a pivotal role in determining the overall success of the student loan programme and its ability to transform tertiary education in Nigeria. The study recommends among other things that the Federal Government of Nigeria should prioritize and allocate sufficient funds to the student loan programme to ensure that financial constraints do not hinder its operations and effectiveness.
2025-01-10T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 https://grnjournal.us/index.php/STEM/article/view/6576STEM Success Beyond Borders: The Synergy of Language Education and Engineering Education in the USA2025-01-11T04:06:19-05:00Rohit Bhagwatiauthor@gmail.co
In an increasingly globalized and interconnected world, the demand for engineers who possess not only technical expertise but also linguistic and cultural competencies has become more pronounced. Therefore, a lot of attention is paid to this issue and it is analyzed in depth. Learning and speaking a language is an interdependent process. Fullness of a person, i.e., biological maturity, is manifested through the acquisition of language under the influence of the environment and the correct formation of speech skills in relation to age. However, not all children have the same level, some children have a deficiency in terms of biological development, and this does not affect the level of language acquisition. This problem is very interesting and important in the analysis of changes in language factors of children lagging behind in speech development. The results of the research show that the incorrect and incomplete pronunciation of certain words by the child's speech, contrary to the expected goal, led to attention to additional problems and analyzed the solutions. A child who is behind in speech activity has difficulties in pronouncing words and expressing them, and solving them requires a lot of work.
2025-01-21T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 https://grnjournal.us/index.php/STEM/article/view/6637Postal Service during the Turkestan Governor-General's Period2025-01-22T00:57:47-05:00B. India was a land of resources to them, with its famous Indian culture, capital, religious faiths, belief systems, art, architectural style, academic practices as well as a plethora of natural resources and climatic conditions spreading all over. Absorbing the traits of well-managed, self-confidence and enormous values will assist every individual in earning a remarkable place in society. Education without values is akin to beauty without virtue, which is like a flower without fragrance or a body without a soul.

Society should recognize that developing one's moral character is just as important as developing one's career. In life, a moral character is an ultimate thing that bridges a person's self-realization. The ancient Indian education system was regarded as a repository of awareness, customs, and practices that directed and inspired humanity. Value-based education helps students by preparing them to face the world with the right values and attitudes. With the help of this process, students' overall personality development is possible. As a result, scholars exposed to a value-based education system develop character, personality, citizenship, and spirituality. In this review article, an attempt has been made to draw attention towards the prevailing value-based education system in ancient India, with the help of a critical literature review by following the PRISM approach. The findings not only suggest but also recommend the value-based education system for inclusion in education policies so that value-based systems can help for holistic development of our future generations and make a peaceful and sustainable society.
2025-01-22T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 https://grnjournal.us/index.php/STEM/article/view/6652Analysis of Grammatical Categories in "Favaid Al-Ziyaiya"2025-01-22T07:44:20-05:00Axror Abduraxmonovauthor@gmail.co
This article examines the presentation of grammatical categories in "Favaid al-Ziyaiya," a significant 15th-century work by Abdurrahman Jami. Based on a series of recorded and transcribed therapy sessions, this research uses qualitative analysis based on Brown and Levinson's (1978) politeness theory. It looks at how therapists negotiate face-threatening acts while maintaining empathetic and supportive interactions. It points out that the highest-ranking positive politeness strategies employed by therapists tend toward emphasis of solidarity and the establishment of a view by the client, whereas on the other hand, the most commanding negative ones involve hedging and making indirect requests for the need to not impose on a client's freedom. These may differ across therapy settings, different phases, or with respect to a client's condition. The study also showed that the linguistic choices importantly impact the development of therapeutic relationships and stressed the necessity of pragmatic competence in the clinical setting. This paper discusses implications for therapist training, the need for further research into cross-cultural differences in politeness strategies.
2025-01-23T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 American Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education (2993-2769)https://grnjournal.us/index.php/STEM/article/view/6684TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES IN NON-TRADITIONAL WAYS.2025-01-23T05:26:59-05:00Shodikulova Aziza Zikiryayevnamrbobursobirov@gmail.com
this article will talk about the fact that the use of unconventional methods in the study of
foreign languages is an important means of language learning, these methods provide new
opportunities for teaching foreign languages
2025-01-21T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 https://grnjournal.us/index.php/STEM/article/view/6239A Critical Discourse Analysis of Iraqi Identity after 2003 in Media2024-12-05T05:41:45-05:00Sarah Satar Abdulhuseinsabdulhussein@uowasit.edu.iq
The critical discourse analysis of the discourses on Iraqi identity in media representations since the invasion of Iraq in 2003, a period of deep sociopolitical turmoil and transformation, is the subject of this research. The problem, therefore, deals with the construction and reflection of media narratives about Iraqi identity within continuing conflict, sectarian strife, and foreign intervention. The first and primary objective is to see the ways these narratives have constructed, contested, and negotiated Iraqi identity over the last two decades regarding nationalism, sectarianism, and globalization. Based on a corpus of articles from established local and international newspapers, online news sites, besides social media platforms, the study analyses the linguistic usages, framing, and strategies of representation taken up with Iraqis and their experiences. The analysis is informed by Fairclough's three-dimensional model of discourse analysis, in which text, discursive practices, and sociocultural contexts are analyzed. The key findings demonstrate how media discourse continuously shifts between constructing Iraqis as victims of violence and as strong agents of their own destiny, in a complex interplay of victimhood and agency. This also underlines huge tension between national identity and sectarian narratives within media discourse, which often underlines divisions at the same time as it calls for unity. Overall, these results emphasize the great importance of media in framing public views on Iraqi identity and point to the need for more nuanced representations that go beyond simplistic binary oppositions. This paper contributes to the broader discussion on identity formation in the conflict zone by animating critical media literacy as a means of understanding the potentials of representation regarding collective identity.
2025-01-24T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 American Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education (2993-2769)https://grnjournal.us/index.php/STEM/article/view/6691Improving the Methodology of using General and Special Training Tools to Increase the Physical Fitness of Weightlifters2025-01-24T04:08:47-05:00Qaraboyev Fazliddin Fakhriddinovichauthor@gmail.co
This study develops a new version of general and special training tools and methods to improve the physical fitness of weightlifters. While B1 learners can communicate in simple terms, they often struggle with the complexities of academic writing, facing challenges such as grammatical inaccuracies, limited vocabulary, sentence construction issues, and weak organizational skills. These obstacles hinder clarity and coherence in their written work. However, with targeted instruction, relevant learning materials, and learner-centered teaching strategies, substantial improvement is achievable. This paper reviews research on best practices for addressing these difficulties, including explicit grammar instruction, vocabulary expansion techniques, structured writing frameworks, and scaffolding methods. By implementing these approaches, educators can support B1 learners in developing greater accuracy, coherence, and overall writing proficiency.
2025-01-28T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 https://grnjournal.us/index.php/STEM/article/view/6741In the Story "Garden Party" Through Agoronym Analysis of the Image of Society2025-01-28T04:20:14-05:00Hikmatova Nigina Akmalovnaauthor@gmail.co
The Garden Party is one of Katherine Mansfield's most famous short stories, masterfully exploring themes such as human emotions, social stratification, and the importance of appearance through the simple moments of life.
