This article presents primary views on the concept of the right of private
property and its inviolability, the stages of development of private property in the world,
discussions of world philosophers and legal scholars about private property and also reveals the
essence and positive aspects of a number of international legal documents adopted in different
times in order to strengthen the inviolability of private property and the scientific and analytical
views of the author regarding the study of these complex historical and legal processes by dividing
them into conditional periods and on the inviolability of private property rights.
