Timely treatment of the disease is insurance against serious complications, including oncology and infertility. After fertilization (or transfer during IVF procedure), the embryo is attached to the lining of the uterus. But the mucous membrane damaged by inflammation may not accept the attempts of the embryo. The main reason for the development of endometritis, as mentioned above, is inflammatory diseases.

If an inflammatory process develops in the vagina, often caused by sexually transmitted infections, these microorganisms enter the uterine cavity, then the fallopian tubes and the abdominal cavity, causing the inflammatory process. can cause.

Inflammation is a universal protective response of the body. Its results are the activation of the immune system aimed at suppressing and destroying the microbe. However, in the tissues, often after inflammation, a dense connective tissue is formed, which leads to a violation of the blood supply to the tissues.

One of the most unpleasant moments is that the inflammatory process can go from an acute stage to a chronic - "dormant" state. And it can worsen due to unfavorable environmental factors or general health, with the development of immunodeficiency conditions, including during the IVF program or pregnancy.
2024-10-09T00:00:00-04:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://grnjournal.us/index.php/AJPMHS/article/view/5918Prognostic Significance of the Ratio of Left Ventricular Myocardial Parameters According to Echocardiography and Electrocardiography Data2024-10-09T07:37:13-04:00G. Postpartum family planning is crucial for enabling women to space births, thereby improving maternal and child health outcomes. Despite the known benefits, many women remain unaware of available family planning options or face barriers that prevent them from utilizing these services. Understanding the factors that influence the uptake of postpartum family planning is essential for designing effective interventions that can enhance service delivery and accessibility. By focusing on WCBA, this research aims to shed light on their specific needs and perspectives regarding family planning, which is vital for promoting informed reproductive choices and empowering women in their postpartum period.

The primary objective is to assess the level of awareness and the factors affecting the uptake of postpartum family planning methods among WCBA.

Method of Data Analysis: A cross-sectional survey was conducted involving 350 respondents, using descriptive statistics to analyze their awareness, experiences, and perceptions related to postpartum family planning services.

Results: The results indicate that 86.5% of participants received postpartum counseling, and 83.3% reported prior use of family planning methods. Currently, 70.6% are on some form of family planning, with hormonal methods at 38.2% and barrier methods at 40.4%. Key factors influencing acceptance included spousal support (56.3%), religious endorsement (57.1%), and the perceived availability of family planning commodities (65.9%). Additionally, 27% of respondents reported negative interactions with healthcare workers during family planning consultations.

Conclusion: The findings highlight significant awareness and utilization of postpartum family planning services among WCBA. However, barriers such as cultural beliefs, financial constraints, and inadequate counseling need to be addressed to improve service uptake. Targeted interventions are essential for enhancing the supportive environment for family planning, contributing to better maternal and child health outcomes.
2024-10-06T00:00:00-04:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://grnjournal.us/index.php/AJPMHS/article/view/5969А Well-Founded Method of Treatment of Children with Perinatal Damage to the Nervous System2024-10-16T01:45:17-04:00Rasulov Alisher Sobirovichauthor@gmail.co
Magnesium is the second most important intracellular element in the body. IPV includes physical, psychological, sexual, and financial abuse, which can lead to severe physical and mental health outcomes, including injury, depression, and even death. Globally, about 1 in 3 women experience IPV in their lifetime. In sub-Saharan Africa, cultural norms, economic instability, and low levels of female education contribute to the high prevalence of IPV. In Nigeria, socio-demographic factors such as ethnicity, education, income, and religious beliefs are known to influence the occurrence of IPV. Despite various interventions, IPV remains significantly underreported due to stigma, fear of retribution, and cultural acceptance of violence against women. Understanding the specific socio-demographic factors associated with IPV in local contexts, such as Ibadan North Local Government Area, is essential for developing effective prevention strategies.

Objective:
The objective of this study is to assess the prevalence of IPV among women of childbearing age and to examine the socio-demographic factors contributing to IPV in Ibadan North Local Government Area, Oyo State, Nigeria.

Method of Analysis:
A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted among 351 women aged 18-49 years in Ibadan North Local Government Area. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire, which captured information on socio-demographic characteristics and experiences of IPV. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 23. Descriptive statistics were used to summarize the data, while chi-square and logistic regression analyses were performed to determine the association between socio-demographic factors and IPV prevalence.

Results:
The findings revealed that 70% of the respondents had experienced some form of IPV in their lifetime. The most common form of IPV was psychological violence, affecting 48% of the women, followed by financial abuse (44%), physical violence (35%), and sexual violence (27%). A significant relationship was found between IPV and several socio-demographic factors. Women with lower levels of education were 2.5 times more likely to experience IPV (p = 0.02), while those with lower income were 3 times more likely to report violence (p = 0.005). Additionally, ethnicity (p = 0.001) and religion (p = 0.03) were significantly associated with IPV, with women from minority ethnic groups and those practicing less dominant religions reporting higher instances of IPV. Although 80% of respondents were aware of IPV, only 30% sought help, citing fear of stigma and retaliation as major barriers.

Conclusion:
The study reveals a high prevalence of IPV among women in Ibadan North, with psychological violence being the most common form. Socio-demographic factors, particularly education level, income, ethnicity, and religion, play a significant role in determining the likelihood of experiencing IPV. These findings emphasize the need for targeted interventions, including public education campaigns, improved legal protection, and economic empowerment programs for women, to reduce the occurrence and impact of IPV. A multi-sectoral approach is essential to effectively address this pervasive issue.
2024-11-05T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://grnjournal.us/index.php/AJPMHS/article/view/6057MODERN PRINCIPLES OF TREATING ULCERATIVE COLITIS: FROM SIMPLE TO COMPLEX2024-11-06T03:41:27-05:00Ubaidova Dilafruz Saddikovnamusaeva_shoira@mail.ruIsmatova Mexriniso Nasriddinovnamusaeva_shoira@mail.ru
Currently, the choice of medications for the treatment of non-specific ulcerative colitis and the determination of its duration remain a controversial issue.
