Abstract

Modern approaches to assessing the health status of schoolchildren involve a holistic examination of their well-being, encompassing physical, mental, and social health dimensions. Physical health assessments include routine checkups, fitness tests, and screenings for vision, hearing, and dental issues, often supplemented by monitoring through wearable devices. Mental health evaluations focus on screening for psychological issues and providing access to counseling services. Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) assessments gauge students' competencies in managing emotions and social interactions. Environmental health checks ensure safe and conducive school settings. The integration of technology and data analytics facilitates comprehensive health monitoring and trend analysis. Collaborative efforts with parents and community members are also emphasized to support and enhance the students' health and educational outcomes.
