Abstract

We all know that expert opinions are very important for determining the circumstances of crimes and other circumstances. Therefore, a number of documents regulating the field of expertise have been adopted in our legislation, and the procedure for appointing expertise and conducting it has been clearly defined. Therefore, it is one of the priority tasks of the investigative staff, as well as the experts participating as experts at the scene of the crime, to carefully examine the physical evidence at the places where the crime was committed and suspected, and to ensure its high-quality performance based on the existing standards.
