Abstract

In this article, there is a marketing approach to the process of managing employees in the external and internal labor market, in which employees have a workplace, they are analyzed as consumers, that is, internal customers, and external customers are analyzed as the external labor market. In this, the analysis of the labor market, market segmentation, the selection of the target market for internal forces, the development of a marketing complex, its organization, implementation, and control are analyzed.
