Abstract

The article examines the criminalistic features of the practice of investigating cybercrimes, and establishes obstacles and barriers to the disclosure of such types of crimes and phishing. Based on the analysis of domestic and international practical experience, tactical methods of conducting investigative actions in the investigation of cybercrimes using information technology, the Internet, online payment systems were developed.
